Wellspring Refresh - A Program for Wellspring Alumni
Wellspring California is proud to announce Wellspring Refresh, a program designed especially for alumni. We understand that weight control is a significant challenge and learning the skills required to become a LTWC is the first step. Some of our past participants have maintained the weight loss achieved at camp and/or taken off a few more pounds, but still have a few more to shed before returning to a healthy weight. All weight controllers can benefit from more practice in an environment that provides proven rapid weight loss. That’s why we’ve designed Wellspring Refresh for former Wellspring California campers.
Wellspring Refresh provides an enriched activity and clinical program to sharpen weight control tools and accelerate weight loss. Strategize with your BC and jump back into adventure activities as you lose weight, strengthen friendships, and enjoy another summer with Wellspring.

Weekly sessions with a personal trainer will ensure that Refresh campers leave camp with a specific plan for keeping activity level up upon returning home.
An additional CBT group each week will ensure that Refresh campers are experts on stress-management and learning from their experience with weight control. During individual sessions, BC’s and campers will concentrate on creating a solid plan for returning home successfully.
Wellspring California’s Refresh program is available for all alumni who wish to return to sharpen skills and recommit to weight control.
Dates and Tuition:
With Wellspring Refresh, you pay LAST YEAR’S tuition rates! For camps in the United States, that is $5,350 for a 4-week session and $8,650 for an 8-week session. In the UK, you pay 2007 tuition rate of £3,200 for 4-week, £4,700 for a 6-week and £5,700 for an 8-week session.
Dates are the same as those for 2008 incoming campers. Please see the attached application for DATE info only, as the 2008 rates on this application do NOT apply to Wellspring Refresh participants.
